State Fair to Admit Veterans Free
State Fair admission
Again this summer, the Oregon State Fair will provide free admission and special activities on the final day, Sept. 6. There will be a military vehicle display and a USO style show at 1:30 p.m. on the Bi-Mart Center Stage. Veteran displays will be in the Americraft Center/Jackman-Long Building throughout the duration of the Fair.

Oregon Veterans' Home Loans - ORVET
The ODVA offers a state veterans' home loan (ORVET) that is an additional and distinctively separate benefit from the USDVA (Federal VA) Home Loan Guaranty Program. The current maximum loan amount is $417,000 or a veterans' remaining eligibility amount if there has been a previous ODVA loan.

The Oregon Veterans' Home provides a residence for veterans who have honorably served our country, or their spouses, who are now in need of skilled nursing and rehabilitative or Alzheimer's care.
